ONS Webcourse Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Please be advised that the Cancellation/Transfer policy for this ONS webcourse is as follows:

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your webcourse registration, you must notify ONS by sending your request via email to educationcourses@ons.org at least two business days before the start of the webcourse. As long as ONS receives this email at least two business days before the course start date, ONS will provide you a monetary refund equal to the cost of the webcourse registration minus a 30% cancellation fee.
No webcourse registration cancellations will be accepted after two business days before the start of the webcourse.

Transfers

ONS will provide a one-time transfer to the next available webcourse for which you have registered as long as the transfer request is received via email to educationcourses@ons.org prior to the scheduled end date of the course.
No course transfers will be allowed if received after the scheduled end date of the course.
