Response to Requests
The ONS Education Team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, EST. Inquiries received during these hours will be addressed by 5:00 PM EST on the day received. Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day by 5:00 PM EST.

The Site-Specific: Breast Cancer Course Instructor will be available during the designated chat times. The instructor also will respond to emails and discussion board postings in the Site-Specific: Breast Cancer course Monday through Friday, 5:00pm, ET, within 24 hours. Emails posted after Friday, 5:00pm, ET, may not be answered until the following Monday.
