IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COURSE ACCESS—PLEASE READ
You will not have immediate access to the Cancer Biology Online Education Series. Within 2 business days, you will receive an e-mail from an ONS representative indicating that you may begin the course. This e-mail will contain your username, password, and link used to access the course. You will have 60 days after receiving this e-mail to complete the course.

Your access begins at 8:00 AM ET on the first day of the course, and continues thereafter until the last day of the course, at 5:00 PM ET.

You must complete the post-test and evaluation to receive continuing nursing education credit. All course activities, including the post-test and evaluation, must be completed before the course closes at 5:00 PM ET on the last date of the course. ONS does not grant course extensions to complete activities after the course closes. Each course must close on the scheduled date to allow for future courses.

Cancellation Policy

• The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) will honor your request to cancel your registration in the course within 7 days of your course registration. We will honor your cancellation provided your written request is made before 5:00 pm ET on the 7 th day after your registration is processed. You will be refunded 50% of your course registration fee.
• No refund requests will be honored beyond 7 days after your registration date for the course.
