Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Please be advised that the cancellation/transfer policy for this course is as follows:

• The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) will honor your request to cancel your registration in the ONS Site-Specific Cancer Series: Lung Cancer Online Course provided your written request is made by 4:00pm, ET, seven days before the beginning date of the course. ONS members will be refunded $50; non-members will be refunded $65. This refund amount includes the processing fee and materials provided for the course.
  
  No refund requests will be honored if not received by 4:00pm, ET, seven days before the beginning date of the course



• All written requests made after 4:00pm, ET, seven days before the beginning date of the course and prior to 4:00pm, ET, seven days after the beginning date of the course will receive a one-time transfer into the next available course offering of the ONS Site-Specific Cancer Series: Lung Cancer Online Course provided a written request is made by 4:00 pm ET, seven days after the course begins.

No transfer requests will be honored if not received by 4:00pm, ET, seven days after the beginning date of the course.
