Continuing education (CE) credit for this archived webcast is available.

To obtain CE credit, you must listen to and view the entire event, then complete the CE evaluation form.

Verification of your CE credit will be mailed or emailed to you. Certificates will be mailed within six weeks following receipt of your completed and approved evaluation form.

There is no fee for this continuing education opportunity. Participants who view the entire webcast and complete and return an evaluation form are eligible for 1 contact hours of CE credit.
