Learn how you can increase the use of evidence-based practice (EBP) in your oncology setting at the Institute for Evidence-Based Practice Change. Through this innovative program, institutional teams will work together to implement EBP in their setting and measure its effect on patient outcomes and cancer care.

This interactive conference will provide your institution with the foundation you need to implement an evidence-based, measurable, practice change in the coming year. The program will address:

• Demystifying evidence-based practice
• Finding the best evidence
• Identifying the burning clinical question
• Applying knowledge in the clinical setting
• Developing plans to achieve fiscally, responsible healthcare outcomes
• Hardwiring practice change

The program will set the stage for mentoring relationships among registered nurses and others interested in EBP implementation.
