Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Renewal Web Course

Course tuition is  $29 for members and $34 for non-members if you register to complete the course before the end of the month in which your card expires. Registration is through the eSource, ONS's secure online store.

NOTE: All students interested in this course are advised to review the Technical Requirements before purchasing the course.

Register online via the eSource. You will be prompted to enter your ONS Profile username and password. If you do not have an ONS Profile, follow the links provided to create one.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COURSE ACCESS -- PLEASE READ

Two course selections will be available. The first course begins on the 1st  of the month and the second course begins on the 15th of the month.

Please note that you will not have immediate access to the course you have selected.  After you register for the course and once your payment and registration have been confirmed, you will receive a receipt via email verifying that you have paid for the course.

Within one week of the course start date, you will receive an email from the ONS educationchemo@ons.org email box that will provide you with instructions on how to access your course and other important aspects related to your course.

Your course access begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of the course, and continues thereafter until the last day of the course, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All required course activities must be completed prior to the last day of the course at 5:00 PM ET.

You will have 15 days to complete the course.

Late Registration

To complete the course the month following the expiration of your card a $25 late fee is required. The fee for renewing during this period is  $54 for members and $59 for nonmembers.

Once the grace period has passed, you will no longer be able to renew your provider card through the online course, and will need to once again attend the two-day course to gain this knowledge and earn a new provider card.
